Investment Holding Company
The company is constituted as a private limited stock company. An investment in XAM Capital Ltd. makes you a shareholder in the company with full rights and responsibilities. The value of your stake directly reflects the value of the assets which the company holds. At inception, the company had an authorized capital of US$1 million, divided into 1,000,000 registered shares without par value. Upon incorporation (9.12.1999) each share was priced at US$100. Its subsequent value is calculated through dividing company net assets by the number of issued shares. The current share price is updated daily and published on our website.
Principles and Guidelines of XAM Capital Ltd.
Consultation and Service: The status of current investments and market perspectives will be reported in detail on a monthly basis. Our XAM Investor Report and the periodical Dr. Stocks' Newsletter will be the easiest way for you to monitor your investment continuously. You will receive both by mail, fax or email.
Security: Your money will be exclusively placed in accounts at first class banks and brokers in Singapore and/or Hong Kong. Stock-trading is governed by the strict regulations of local stock exchanges as well as the brokers responsible for XAM Capital Ltd.
The joint stock of the company amounts to 1,000,000 US dollars. The company issues registered shares without face value. Each share equals an amount of US$100 during the start-up period and changes its value continuously according to the development of the equity-stock. For example: If the equity-stock of the company increases in value by 10 % the value of your investment increases to US$110 per share as well.
Each investor of XAM Capital Ltd. receives his share of the company in the form of stocks. The current quotation (XAM INDEX) is available on our homepage for your information.
Professionalism and Independence: We assure you that your investment at XAM Capital Ltd. will be exclusively managed by experienced professionals who have been investing in Asia for many years. We are 100% independent from banks and their analysts, brokers and fund-managers, etc.
Our Philosophy — Conservative Investment: We are not able and not willing to guarantee you a certain yield in percentage terms. What we can guarantee is that your money will be invested in well-known, publicly traded stocks, only in the most promising markets. We will manage the company without leveraging and without investment in derivatives. Our investors' money is too precious to play risky games. Our investment strategy is Value Investment (i.e. the fundamental valuation of the company is the most important criteria). We are usually executing medium- and long-term investment (on average we keep stocks for about one to two years). We are however flexible enough to trade actively in critical situations.
Taxation: XAM Capital Ltd. is not taxable in its home country. All yields will be paid net.
Confidentiality: All bank account-related details will exclusively be dealt with and recorded in Asia. Appropriate security is guaranteed through the custom-made structure. We would like to provide you with further information on this topic on a personal basis.
